With a master’s in higher education and 12 years of experience working with college students, I have the experience and knowledge to help you feel grounded and equipped to navigate this new chapter.

You are tired of hating your body and the rollercoaster of dieting and weight loss. There is a different way. Let’s work together to heal your relationship with your body and food and start your journey toward radical self-love and acceptance.

Perfectionism

You’re a high achiever, organized, and like to be in control. You’ve held it together for awhile, but lately you’re noticing perfectionism and unreasonably high expectations aren’t serving you or your mental health. I’ve been there, too.
